EAT YOUR WAY TO HEALTH

Eat your way to Health is a Great Way to progress to and through the Holiday Season.  It make sense to take control of our health with our own hands and look at all the ways we can help ourselves to strengthen our weak areas and keep strong our other areas of our body and mind.

We try to eat 3 meals or more a day,  how and the way we eat affects our bodies dramatically and how it responds.
Good, quality, fresh, live, natural consumed over a long period of time will produce health and wellness.
Poor quality food and processed will produce stress with in and the dis-ease can get a hold on our bodies and minds.

Over the next 10 Blogs we will explore our foods.
Starting with:
- vegetables
- fruit
- seasonings
- protein
- fats
- starch
- complex carbohydrates (soluable & insoluable)
- water
- Not so Good Things
- The dreaded White products
